ABOUT RAQUEL REINAGEL
I am a Texas native who received an MA in Second Language Studies at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. I taught English as a second/foreign language at elementary and university levels in Hawaiʻi and Kazakhstan. I am the creator of All Eyes and Ears (alleande.com) a site that offers extensive reading and listening materials. My current employment is as a Teaching Fellow at Nazarbayev University.

I teach a reading and writing course, a listening and speaking course, personal development tactics, and hold one-on-one tutorials for first year students in the Center for Preparatory Studies (CPS).

As dynamic and ever-changing as a philosophy of teaching is, one must have principles on which they build the foundation of their teaching. To be brief, I believe context drives the teaching situation and that learning should be engaging and as personalized as possible. I see myself as a teacher and a learner and I hope to foster that in my students as well.
